Hello everybody!

Since a few years back, I realized that I'm not suppose to live in this country.
Sweden.
It's cold, freezing and wet 9 months per year and the amount of jealousy (jantelagen = [link] )
is overwhelming and very depressing.

I'm not like that. Which leads to that... well, it's hard to meet nice people.
I have my friends, and with them I feel rich and loved and that we've got something in common.
But the social climate here in Sweden is cold and mistrusting.

Please, give me tips about where I can move.
Preferably somewhere warm. :)

It's interesting to hear that, I don't (didn't) know much about the social climate of Sweden.
I live in Hungary and my country - alongside with other ones in Central Europe - suffer from quite bad conditions economy-wise and socially too.
Germany and Austria are nice places in both sense. People are generally nice and polite and precise. I haven't lived in either of those countries however, but I think they appreciate and value professionalism.

Maybe Germany? It's easy to find work there. That's why most of people from my country are traveling there :)

Try asking Eolake Stobblehouse. (eolake.com) I know he's from Denmark and has lived in South Africa and now England.

Or you can try to fake a marriage to one like they did in the movie "Green Card". Wacky antics will ensue ;)
